At the heart of our team stands Tshering Dorji Sherpa, our Chief Planning Coordinator for peak climbing and high mountain expeditions. A legendary mountaineer, Tshering has conquered some of the world’s most formidable peaks, including Mt. Everest (8850m),Makalu, Cho Oyu,Dhaulagiri, and Kanchenjunga. With more than 20 years of mountaineering experience, he embodies the spirit of resilience, safety, and deep respect for the mountains.

Born in Solukhumbu in 1981, Tshering began his journey as a porter before becoming a licensed trekking guide in 2002. His relentless pursuit of excellence led him through advanced mountaineering training, wilderness first aid, and countless expeditions with international teams. Today, he is recognized as one of Nepal’s finest climbers, blending technical mastery with unparalleled leadership.
